Hands of Grace Faith in Action is a non-profit ministry whose purpose is to enhance the quality of life for the elderly and disabled, their caregivers and families, through volunteer outreach assistance and two Adult Day Centers.

Our mission goals are…           

  • To provide respite care and support for families and other caregivers.

  • To provide supportive services to the elderly and disabled.  These services will help them continue to live independently.

  • To offer companionship, friendship, socialization and physical stimulation and mental stimulation to those persons who may have become isolated from the community though their physical and/or cognitive limitations.
