Handicapped Accessible Vehicle

HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE VEHICLE

The handicapped accessible vehicle is used to transport people to and from our day centers and also to medical appointments when it is available.  We are very excited to serve Fulton County in this capacity.  If you have trouble transferring in and out of a traditional vehicle and need transportation to appointments, please call the Hands of Grace office at 419-822-3556.

Adult Day Centers

Transportation to and from the Adult Day Centers

      

       $5.00 per day round trip-per person

       $3.00 per day one way- per person

 

There will be no additional charges for those attending Day Trips with the Adult Day Centers.

 Other Transportations

       Within Fulton County:   

              $25.00 round trip-per person

       Out of Fulton County:

              $50.00 round trip-per person

 Note:

There are no scholarship monies available for transportation fees. 

 

Special transportation fees for groups will be given at the discretion of the Executive Director.

 

Fees will be billed to your home address in the form of a monthly invoice.
