Any elderly or disabled Fulton County resident with an unmet need may request service from Hands of Grace.  The request may be referred to an appropriate agency.  If an agency is unable to meet this need, a trained Hands of Grace volunteer will be matched with the person requesting service.

Contact our office and our staff will schedule a home evaluation to assess your needs.  After signing a release to allow our volunteers to assist you, we will begin to locate a volunteer.  We will call you with the name of the volunteer who will be contacting you to make arrangements.
